Ingredients
- ground coffee 15 g
- water 250 ml
Preparation
- Rinse filter paper by pouring some hot water in the v60 to preheat it at the same time
- Add coffee to the v60, with a little well in the center
- Bloom with up to 50g of water, then gently swirl. Leave for 45 seconds
- Pulse, pouring another 50g of water in a circular pattern over about 10 seconds, and then let it wait for another 10 seconds
- Repeat, pouring another 50g of water in a circular pattern over about 10 seconds, and then let it wait for another 10 seconds
- Repeat, pouring another 50g of water in a circular pattern over about 10 seconds, and then let it wait for another 10 seconds
- Repeat, pouring another 50g of water in a circular pattern over about 10 seconds, and then let it wait for another 10 seconds
- Drink when ready
