Ingredients
- egg whites 2
- cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
- sugar 1/2 cups
- salt 1/4 tsp
- vanilla 1/2 tsp
- chocolate bits 6 oz
- moist coconut 3/2 cups
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325ºF
- Beat egg whites until foamy, then add cream of tartar. Continue beating and sift in sugar gradually, until it makes stiff peaks
- Add salt & vanilla, fold in melted chocolate & coconut
- Drop on brown paper, bake for 20 minutes
