Aeropress Latte

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat and invert the aeropress, with the plunger pushed about half-way
  2. Add ground coffee, boiling1 water
  3. Stir/swirl somewhat aggressively, ensuring coffee is saturated
  4. After 90 seconds, flip aeropress, giving it a little swirl to make sure no grounds are stuck on the side
  5. Press slowly and gently, through the hiss
  6. Add warm milk (warmed in the french press container in the microwave before frothing)
