Ingredients
- ground coffee 18 g
- water 90 ml
Preparation
- Preheat and invert the aeropress, with the plunger pushed about half-way
- Add ground coffee, boiling1 water
- Stir/swirl somewhat aggressively, ensuring coffee is saturated
- After 90 seconds, flip aeropress, giving it a little swirl to make sure no grounds are stuck on the side
- Press slowly and gently, through the hiss
- Add warm milk (warmed in the french press container in the microwave before frothing)
